The definitive guide to working at Struxel Dynamics. Last updated: Dec 2025.
Struxel Dynamics is a remote-first, audit-grade AI infrastructure company. Our culture is built on transparency, rigor, and continuous learning. We value ownership, asynchronous communication, and data-driven decision making.
All employees are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity. This includes respecting confidentiality, avoiding conflicts of interest, and treating colleagues with respect. Discrimination or harassment of any kind is not tolerated.
We are a distributed team. Employees are free to work from anywhere, provided they have a stable internet connection and can attend required meetings. Core hours are 10am-2pm EST for synchronous collaboration.
Use strong passwords, enable 2FA, and never share credentials. Company devices must be encrypted. Do not access sensitive data on public Wi-Fi without a VPN. Personal use of company devices should be minimal.
We offer flexible PTO with a recommended minimum of 3 weeks per year. Sick leave is unlimited. Please coordinate planned absences with your manager at least 2 weeks in advance.
Full health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees. 401(k) matching up to 4%. Annual learning stipend of $1,000 for courses and conferences. Home office setup allowance.
Employees are provided with a MacBook Pro or equivalent. Request additional hardware (monitors, keyboards) through the Tech Procurement portal.
Formal performance reviews are conducted bi-annually. We use a continuous feedback model with weekly 1:1s. Promotions are merit-based and tied to clear competency matrices.
If you have a conflict with a colleague, try to resolve it directly first. If needed, escalate to your manager or HR. We have an anonymous reporting line for sensitive issues.
